This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made via cyberservers.org.

2. Purchases and Payments
- You must provide accurate and complete billing information.
- Orders may be refused, limited, or cancelled at the discretion of CyberServers.
- Fraud, unauthorized payments, or chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.
3. Invoicing & Renewal Payments
CyberServers issues monthly invoices for all recurring services and subscriptions.
3.1 Invoice Issuance
Invoices for service renewals are sent at the end of each month to the email address linked to the customer’s account.
3.2 Payment Deadline
Customers must pay renewal invoices within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payment may result in suspension or termination.
3.3 Late or Unpaid Invoices
- Services may be automatically suspended after the 7-day payment window.
- Data or service availability is not guaranteed during suspension.
- CyberServers may permanently terminate the service after continued non-payment.
3.4 Billing Accuracy
Customers are responsible for keeping their billing information up to date. Failure to receive an invoice due to an outdated email address does not remove the obligation to pay.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
CyberServers complies with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Dutch consumer laws regarding returns and withdrawals.
4.1 Right of Withdrawal (Online & Distance Sales)
You may cancel and return goods purchased online within 14 days without giving a reason.
- The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods.
- Refunds must be issued within 14 days after informing us of withdrawal.
- Refunds may be withheld until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Exceptions (No Refund or Withdrawal Right)
- Custom-made or personalized goods.
- Perishable goods.
- Sealed goods (cosmetics, software) once opened.
- Digital downloads once delivery has started with your consent.
4.3 Digital Products
- By purchasing digital goods, you agree to immediate delivery and waive the statutory right of withdrawal once access is provided.
- Refunds may be granted only when required by law or in exceptional cases, with a 7.2% processing fee.
4.4 Physical Products
- You have 14 days from receiving the product to withdraw.
- Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- You must contact us first at contact@cyberservers.org.
- Return shipping and customs/import fees must be paid by the customer.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection, minus a 7.2% processing fee.
4.5 Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
Under EU law, consumers have a 2-year legal guarantee.
- Products may be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- If repair/replacement is impossible, a refund may be requested.
- Defects within the first 12 months are presumed to have existed at delivery.

5. Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations
5.1 Delivery Time
- Delivery times are shown on the product page or at checkout.
- Digital products are delivered instantly after payment.
- Physical products typically arrive within 3–14 business days.
- Force majeure events may delay delivery.
5.2 Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds follow EU and Dutch consumer law.
- No refunds for delivered or accessed digital goods unless legally required.
- Undelivered goods/services may be cancelled before shipping/activation.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Downtime compensation is not guaranteed and evaluated case-by-case.
